Registration: When you create a WealthSignals account, you will be asked to provide us with your name and e-mail address. You may (but are not required to do so) provide additional information such as age, gender, and location. Such information is used only to fill out your online profile so that other members can learn more about you. Making a purchase: Orders placed with us for WealthSignals subscriptions or other WealthSignal products will require additional personal information, including credit card information with billing address. This information will be processed by a certified PCI service provider hired by us for this purpose: stripe.com. They will collect your personal information, including your credit card number, billing information and telephone number, using Secure Socket Layers (SSL) encryption. This service provider will furnish your contact information to us. They will not share your credit card information with us, and will treat your personal information in accordance with its privacy policies. Stripe is a global business and your Personal Data maybe be stored in any country where they have operations or are engaged with service providers. When you pay for a WealthSignals subscriptions, you consent to the transfer of your Personal Data outside of your jurisdiction. Information we automatically track: While on our site, we automatically log certain information about how you are using our site. This information may include the URL that you just came from, your IP address and the pages you visit while on our site.

To Contact You: Once you’ve established your WealthSignals account, we will use your information to contact you with information from your subscriptions and news relating to our products, according with email preferences that you've selected.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

WealthSignals does not give, rent, lend or sell individual information to any third party. Furthermore, we will not disclose any information about individual users, except as described herein. Forums: On our forums, you are publicly identified by your user or screen name. If you choose your full name as your username, you have voluntarily disclosed that information to the WealthSignals community. Similarly, any information you provide in your public profile is for public consumption. The same is true for any personally identifiable information (such as an e-mail address) you include in any discussion board posts. Current or Prospective Advertisers: We only provide aggregate, non-identifiable information to our current and prospective advertisers. Third Party Service Providers: We may employ the services of third party providers to aid us in certain aspects of our operations (such as the distribution of e-mail updates or conducting support for us). Depending on the services performed, some of these providers may be provided with user information. These contractors would be subject to confidentiality agreements which limit their use and disclosure of all information they obtain through their relationship with WealthSignals, consistent with this policy. Legal Requests: We may disclose your personally identifiable information to protect the rights and property of WealthSignals as well as to comply with any applicable law or valid legal process. This includes, but is not limited to requests by government agencies. We will disclose any information we have in our possession to law enforcement or government officials in response to an inquiry or investigation or if in our sole discretion we believe it is necessary or appropriate in connection with an investigation or activity that is or may be illegal or may expose us or you to legal liability. Children's Privacy: Our site is not directed at children under the age of 13.  We operate our site in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act and will not knowingly collect or use personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. Editing Your Information: If you want to correct or change information in your profile, please go to https://www.wealthsignals.com and log in. You will either be able to make your changes online, or we will give you instructions. Request your personal data: You may request a copy of all your personal information in our records by writing support@wealthsignals.com with the subject line "Personal Data Request" and including the username for the associated account. We will provide these data in a common format to the email address on record for the account. Deactivate Your Account: To permanently delete your account and/or request account deactivation write support@wealthsignals.com with the subject line "Account Deactivation Request", specify the username for the associated account, and reason for the request. We will anonymize your Username and remove all personally-identifiable records from our systems. Once deleted, you will no longer be able to access the account.
