Hi - I've received neither the daily performance email nor the daily signal / NST emails since Sep 9th. All email options for the strategy are set to on and had not been changed. What's wrong?

Nothing in any Spam folder either. This has worked great for over a year, but suddenly broke on Sep 9th.

Is it still a problem? I'm showing that you're being notified by post (website) and by email at your address ending with .de.

Yes still a problem. Since Sep 9th I have received only 2 single notification emails, on Oct 7th and 9th. This is not related to local Spam filtering.

Email signal delivery has resumed on Oct 13th and has been working fine since then.
